Our story
A family that keeps it like it's ours.
I'm Kevin. I started Heads Up in 2020 with one mower and a simple idea: a lawn kept by someone who cares looks nothing like a lawn merely cut. Word got around Shakopee — one neighbor, then their neighbor — and today our family looks after more than 150 properties across the southwest metro.
We still work the way we did on day one. I quote every property myself, and the price comes to you in writing. The same crew comes back each week, so we notice when something's off before you do. And when the snow comes, we don't disappear; we're the ones clearing your drive before you're up.
It feels like a luxury when you walk out to what looks like a golf course.

We're licensed and insured in Minnesota, and our lawn applications are made under MDA licensing. You can have the certificate of insurance in hand before any work begins. Just ask, and we'll send it with your quote.
