These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the Heads Up Outdoor Services LLC text messaging program. By opting in, you agree to these terms.

Your Consent

By providing your mobile phone number to Heads Up Outdoor Services LLC and affirmatively opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from us at that number. You may opt in in any of the following ways: (a) by checking the SMS consent box on our online quote form at headsupoutdoorservices.com/quote; (b) by submitting a form on our website that states, at the point of submission, that submitting the form constitutes your agreement to receive text messages about your request; or (c) by giving your number directly to our staff, in person or by phone, and telling us you agree to receive text messages. Heads Up Outdoor Services LLC operates a customer care text messaging program. We use SMS solely to communicate with existing and prospective customers about their own service requests and accounts. This includes scheduling and confirming appointments, notifying you of crew arrival, communicating weather related schedule changes, delivering written estimates and invoices, confirming payment receipt, resolving access or property questions, and responding to inquiries you send us.

This program is customer care only. We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising content through this program.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your service activity with us. Recurring maintenance customers typically receive messages related to scheduled visits, estimates, and invoices. You will not receive messages unrelated to your account or service requests.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Heads Up Outdoor Services LLC does not charge a fee to receive text messages. Contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging and data plan.

6. Opt-Out and Help Instructions

To opt out, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which you will not receive further SMS messages from this program. If you opt out and later wish to resume messages, you must opt in again using any of the methods described in Section 1.

Mobile opt-in data and consent records are used solely to operate this messaging program and are never sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your use of this program is also governed by the Privacy Policy above.

Additional Program Terms

Eligibility.

You must be at least 18 years of age and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided. You must use a two way, text enabled mobile device capable of receiving SMS messages.

Supported carriers and carrier liability.

This program is available on most major United States wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed by Heads Up Outdoor Services LLC.

TCPA compliance.

We honor all opt-out requests promptly and in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other applicable federal and state law. We maintain records of consent for each mobile number enrolled in this program.

Changes to these terms.

We may update these SMS Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
