The trigger
An inch and a half on the ground puts your property on the route — no call needed, ever. Under that, de-icing judgment calls are ours to make, and we make them.
The timing
We can’t promise the exact hour your driveway gets cleared — a storm decides that. Our goal is about 6 to 8 hours after the snow stops; a big or long storm can take closer to 12 hours or more. Timing is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Three packages
Driveway only, driveway + front sidewalk, or driveway + front sidewalk + city sidewalk. Whatever your package covers is cleared every visit. Salting is an add-on.

Every snowfall of 1.5 inches or more from November 1 to April 15, one seasonal price. It is based on a normal winter of 20 to 60 inches: a very light winter earns you a credit, a very heavy one adds a little.

Per-event
Pay when it snows.
$80per push · $100 with shoveling
Per-push plowing is $80 for a typical residential driveway, or $100 with shoveling of your walks and steps included. Salting is $20 a push as an add-on. Billed after each visit, due within 7 days. We start as soon as the snow stops. Makes sense for light-use properties or snowbirds gone half the winter — but on a heavy year it costs more than seasonal, and seasonal homes get plowed first.

Heads up — routes fill before the first plowable snow, and we keep each truck’s route deliberately tight so every driveway on it gets done as fast as possible. Reserving in fall is what makes winter boring.

We are now taking residential snow removal customers for the upcoming winter season. Standard pricing applies to a standard 2-car residential driveway in our route areas. The season runs November 1, 2026 to April 15, 2027, and you pay 50% when you sign up and 50% by January 31.

Standard 2-car driveway cleared after every snowfall of 1.5 inches or more, all winter.

Everything in Driveway Only, plus your front walk and the steps to your door.
Driveway + front sidewalk + city sidewalk
$1,500/season
Everything in Driveway + front sidewalk, plus the city sidewalk along the street.
Salting add-on: $200 for the season, or $20 a push. Paver, gravel or other specialty surfaces, driveways three or more cars wide or long, curved or L-shaped driveways, corner lots, long city sidewalk runs and other unusual properties get a price from us before you sign.
How signing up works
- Type your address in the box on our homepage and pick Snow & Ice.
- Choose your package, and salting if you want it. If your driveway is not a standard one, the same form sends it to us and we come back with a price.
- Read and sign the service agreement online. No printing, no PDF.
- Pay the first 50% by card or bank transfer. The rest is due by January 31, 2027.
- You are on the route. We set the driveway markers before the season and dispatch at 1.5 inches, all winter.
Neighbors save 25%
When two neighboring properties sign up together, both properties receive 25% off: $750 driveway only · $975 driveway + front sidewalk · $1,125 driveway + front sidewalk + city sidewalk.
We take a limited number of homes per route so service stays reliable during storms — spots go before the first snowfall.

If your property is bigger than a standard drive, tell us and we put the number in writing before winter starts. We would rather quote it honestly in October than surprise you in January. The price you agree is the price you pay, and it does not move because a storm came in worse than the forecast said it would.

Properties are grouped close together instead of spread across the metro, so every driveway on the route gets cleared as fast as possible and people can get to work on time.

Here is the honest version: we cannot guarantee the exact time a driveway will be cleared. Our goal is about 6 to 8 hours after the storm ends; larger or longer storms can take closer to 12 hours or more.

Salting and ice management
Clearing the snow is half the job — what refreezes overnight is the half that puts people on the ground. We provide salting services and ice management for driveways, walkways, steps and small commercial areas: treated after clearing, and re-treated on melt-refreeze days when a sunny afternoon turns into a black-ice morning.
- For homes: a salting add-on at $200 for the season or $20 a push, applied to the surfaces we clear after each visit.
- Commercial salting for entrances, sidewalks and small lots — with service records available.
- Refreeze-aware timing: shaded and north-facing surfaces get attention when the rest of the street looks dry.
