SMS Messaging Terms
By opting in to the Heads Up Outdoor Services SMS program, you agree to the following:
- Program: We send appointment confirmations and reminders, crew-on-the-way notices, estimate and invoice follow-ups, and customer service replies.
- Message frequency: varies based on your service activity.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for messages, but your mobile carrier may.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT at any time to stop receiving messages.
- Help: Reply HELP, or call (952) 377-8965 or email headsupoutdoorservices@gmail.com.
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number, using a two-way, text-enabled device.
- Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.
General Terms
Service estimates are provided in good faith and may be adjusted based on actual site conditions. Payment is due as stated on your invoice. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
