Leaf cleanup in Prior Lake: what to expect
- Wooded lots around the lakes and in The Wilds drop leaves for weeks, not days. Those yards get two visits, early and late November, so the second wave never sits under the snow.
- Lakeshore slopes hold leaves against the water line and in the rock beds. We clear the beds and the slope by hand where a blower cannot reach.
- You do not need to be there. Give us gate access and you come back to a finished yard.
How a fall cleanup works
- Timing: the first route runs the first week of November, once most leaves are down. Second visits run the last week of November, weather permitting.
- No need to be home. Gate access is all we need, and you come home to a finished yard.
- Pricing: 2 mature trees are included in the base price, $75 for each additional mature tree, $50 if the yard is gated, rounded to the nearest $25. Minnesota sales tax is added.
- Pair it with an irrigation blowout ($15 a zone, $90 minimum) the same week, or sign up for seasonal snow removal so the same crew has you covered all winter.
Why it matters: leaves left under the snow mat down, smother the grass and invite snow mold, and the lawn comes back thin and patchy in April. One cleanup in November saves a spring of repair.
